A Bit About Me

Hi everyone!  I’m Chelsea Cave and I can be described as a go-getter, an entrepreneur, and a devoted real estate agent.  I’m passionate about helping my clients find their forever homes and bringing their vision and dreams into reality. I was raised in Maryland and attended North County High School in Anne Arundel County.  My educational background is in Business Management, which has equipped me with advanced negotiation, organizational, project management, and analytical skills. I’m working hard to be a valuable and distinguished member of the Smart Move Group of Keller Williams Realty Centre, working alongside highly professional and skilled agents who are also passionate about providing comprehensive and unique real estate solutions. My biggest plus though is that I’m always available to answer questions in the most transparent and honest way as I believes home is the biggest emotional and financial decision you can ever make in life. 

I pride myself on my diligence to see every transaction to the closing table and devotion to streamline and personalize the real estate experience. I try to draw insight and inspiration from my personal experience of having owned and managed several homes with my husband. On top of real estate, my husband and I are the proud owners of Interior Trim Carpentry Company which I feel that this and being experienced in property management and home improvements gives me a competitive edge over other agents. These experiences allow me to help my clients to personalize their homes and create a safe and comfortable home for themselves and their families.

I am also a part time X-ray tech, working at various hospitals throughout the state, that has allowed me to help people with in other ways that are not real estate related. Outside of work, I enjoy spending my free time with family and our dog, taking our daughter to her activities, going to the beach, decorating homes, crafting, and spending quality time with friends and family.
